B.Bryan Realty is a full service Real Estate firm with a thriving property management company.   Our concentration is in the communities of Sendera Ranch, Marine Creek Ranch, Remington Point, Twin Mill Farms and Chisholm Ridge in the North-West Fort Worth, Texas area.  We currently manage many properties in each of these communities and others.

How are we different than the others?

The major difference between B.Bryan Realty and other property management companies is:

We don’t get paid until you do.  We do not charge a monthly management fee for a vacant property.  We view it as our job to keep the property rented.  Our properties do not sit on the market for extended periods of time.  The property goes on the market the moment we know it is to be vacated and we usually have it rented by the time the current tenant moves out.

We communicate with you.  We keep you informed every step of the way regarding every aspect of the care and leasing of your property.  We send photo’s of your property when requested.

When a current tenant moves out, you are contacted and informed of the condition of the property and what, if any, work needs to be done to keep it in top condition.  No major repairs are done without your prior approval.

Did I mention that we communicate?   We answer our phones and respond to our email on the weekends.  We don’t view property management as a 9-5 job.  Because it isn’t.
